Delight

I listened to a podcast on delight today. American author Ross Gay talks about the life-changing practice of looking for delight each day. So here's a moment I'll share with you: I was driving past Mellow Mushroom, and I saw a young man... early 20s, probably, walking with his family toward the front door. He glanced backwards and saw an older woman, I'm guessing his grandmother, walking slowly behind him. He in turn slowed down and waited for her, then took her hand and helped her up the steps. That absolutely delighted me.
